The right setup depends on what kind of outbound you're running. Here's how I think about it by scenario:

Agency Running Cold Email for Clients

You're managing multiple client domains and prospect lists simultaneously. Domain protection isn't optional - one bad list burning a client's domain is a client relationship problem, not just a deliverability problem. The workflow I'd run: ZeroBounce or Bouncer as the primary verifier (both handle bulk well and give you the reporting to show clients), Findymail for catch-all probing on enterprise target lists, and real-time verification on any inbound lead capture forms the client runs. The verification cost gets baked into the service or passed through at cost - it's non-negotiable at the agency level.

Solo Operator or Small Team

"99.9% accuracy" without context: Accuracy rates in verification are highly dependent on what you define as the test set and how you handle catch-alls and unknowns.
